بالوثيقة .. الزاملي يفاتح رئيس مجلس الوزراء لسحب يد رئيس جمعية الهلال الاحمر من الوظيفة

طالب السيد حاكم الزاملي النائب الاول لرئيس مجلس النواب ، وبمخاطبة رسمية ، رئيس مجلس الوزراء السيد مصطفى الكاظمي , بسحب يد رئيس جمعية الهلال الاحمر العراقية , بناءً على مقتضيات مصلحة العمل وحفاظاً على مبدأ المشروعية والمال العام وبعد تأشير العديد من الخروقات المرتكبة من قبله.
وجاء في نص الكتاب المرسل الى السيد الكاظمي اليوم الاحد ٢٩ ايار ٢٠٢٢ ، ان جمعية الهلال الاحمر العراقية لها دور انساني كبير كون انشطتها تمس الواقع الصحي والمعاشي للمواطن , ونتيجة ثبوت العديد من المخالفات المرتكبة من قبل رئيس الجمعية ومنها ( خروقات ادارية بأقصاء شخصيات تولت ادارة الجمعية , وانتقائية تنفيذ القوانين على بعض الموظفين , واستلام رواتب شهرية بمبالغ طائلة على الرغم من ان عضوية الهيئة الادارية طوعية وبدون راتب، وصرف اموال طائلة على ايفادات رئيس الجمعية وفواتير مكالماته الهاتفية) .
واضاف، ان رئيس الجمعية قام بصرف مبالغ طائلة لشراء مولدات لم يتم استخدامها حتى اليوم، وشراء السلة الرمضانية لعام ٢٠١٣ والتي شابها العديد من شبهات الفساد المالي, ناهيك عن الاستحواذ على مقدرات واملاك الجمعية، والانحراف عن مسارها لتحقيق المنافع الخاصة لرئيسها.
وقال الزاملي، رغم ان الدستور العراقي خول مجلس النواب بصلاحيات رقابية , غير ان الحفاظ على المال العام وفضح المفسدين هو ايضا مسؤولية اخلاقية وانسانية بذات الوقت , خاصة وان جمعية الهلال الاحمر تقوم بأعمال خيرية مثل توزيع السلة الغذائية وادارة مؤسسة صحية ومواد اغاثة , لكنها بدلا من تقديمها للمواطن المحتاج لها تذهب الى جيوب بعض الفاسدين وهذا لا نسمح به مطلقا وسنعمل على محاسبتهم وفق القانون .
