ترأس مدير عام دائرة القطاع الخاص في وزارة التجارة محمد حنون، السبت، اجتماعا خاصا لمناقشة آلية مشروع اتمتة البطاقة التموينية ومتابعة الاستعدادات لانجاح الموسم التسويقي لمحصول الحنطة في محافظة واسط خاصة وانها من المحافطات المتميزة في تسويق اكبر الكميات من الحنطة المحلية.
وجاء في بيان للدائرة ، أن”المشرف على مشروع اتمتة البطاقة التموينية ومتابعة الموسم التسويقي زار اليوم محافظة واسط والتقى الملاكات الادارية لفروع الدوائر التجارية في المحافظة مع مدير مكتب مفوضية الانتخابات، بغرض مناقشة آليات عمل تنفيذ مشروع أتمتة البطاقة التموينية في محافظة واسط والإشراف عليه”.
وأضاف ، بان “الاجتماع ناقش ايضا تحديد عدد المراكز التموينية في المحافظة، فضلا عن آليات العمل التي تحتاجها اللجان التي تعمل في هذه المراكز من أجهزة هواتف ووسائل نقل للبدء بتحديث بيانات المواطنين في المحافظة”.
البيان، اشار الى، ان “حنون اكد خلال اللقاء اهمية الانتهاء من تحديث بيانات المواطنين للبطاقة التموينية خلال مدة اقصاها ٣٠ يوما وهذا يقتضي التعاون في جميع الاتجاهات سواء كانت من الادارة المحلية في المحافظة او قيادة الشرطة كذلك الوحدات الادارية العاملة في الاقضية والضواحي”.
وبين، ان “الاعلان عن تحديث بيانات البطاقة الالكترونية في المحافظة، سيبدأ حال وصول البطاقات الالكترونية المخصصة، واجهزة الموبايل الخاصة بتنفيذ البرنامج”.
واضاف ، انه “ستقام هناك ورشة خاصة بتدريب وتأهيل الملاكات العاملة على المشروع في محافظة واسط يشارك فيها الملاكات الادارية التابعة لوزارة التجارة والحكومة المحلية للمحافظة فضلا عن موظفي مكتب الانتخابات المحافظة”.
وعلى الصعيد نفسه التقى، مدير عام دائرة تطوير القطاع الخاص والمشرف على الأتمتة قائد شرطة محافظة واسط، وجرى خلال اللقاء اهمية دور اجهزة الامنية في حماية المراكز التي سيتم تحديث البيانات فيها، فضلا عن توفير الحماية للمراكز التسويقية لمحصول الحنطة خلال موسم التسويقي والتي بدا فعالياتها في جميع المحافظات”.
واكد قائد شرطة المحافظة واسط، ان”كل تشكيلات القيادة مستعدة للتعاون التام والمطلق مع مؤسسات وزارة التجارة لتنفيذ مشروع اتمتت البطاقة الالكترونية فضلا عن انجاح الموسم التسويقي لمحصول الحنطة وستشدد الاجراءات لحماية هذه المراكز التسويقية .
