النفط تعلن عن اتفاق مع “سينوبك” الصينية لتطوير ثاني أكبر حقل غازي في العراق

أعلن وزير النفط جبار احسان عبد الجبار اسماعيل، اليوم الخميس، توقيع عقد تطوير حقل المنصورية الغازي بمحافظة ديالى مع شركة سينوبك الصينية، بطاقة تقديرية 300 مقمق.
وقال اسماعيل ، في بيان للوزارة ، إن “العقد يمثل اضافة لاستثمار الغاز الحر من حقل المنصورية، الذي يعد ثاني أكبر حقل غازي في العراق “.
واشار بيان الوزارة الى “تخويل شركة نفط الوسط للدخول كشريك مع شركة سينوبك الصينية وبنسبة ( %51 ) “.
ولفت البيان الى أن “مساحة الحقل تبلغ (150 )كم2 وان المخزون الغازي يقدر (4.5 )ترليون قدم مكعب قياسي، ويعد ثاني أكبر حقل غازي بعد حقل عكّاز في محافظة الأنبار وتم ادراجه في عام 2010 أُدرج حقل ضمن جولة التراخيص الثالثة، فاز بعقد تطويره ائتلاف ضم كل من شركة (T.P.A.O) التركية، وكويت إنيرجي الكويتية، وكوكاز الكورية، لم يباشر ائتلاف الشركات الثلاث العمل في الحقل بسبب الظروف الأمنية التي كانت تسود منطقة الحقل آنذاك”.
وتباعت الى أنه “عام 2021 أعادت وزارة النفط طرح حقل المنصورية الغازي في جولة التراخيص السادسة التي نظمتها دائرة العقود والتراخيص البترولية، وفازت بعقد تطويره شركة (SINOPEC) الصينية”.
وقد نص العقد، وفقا للبيان على أن “تكون شركة نفط الوسط شريكاً حكومياً بنسبة (51%) فيما تبلغ حصة شركة (SINOPEC) الصينية (49%). الطاقة الإنتاجية المتوقعة للحقل تبلغ (300) مليون قدم مكعب قياسي في اليوم لرفد محطات الطاقة الكهربائية”.
وأوضحت أن “اهم أهداف عقد تطوير حقل المنصورية الغازي ، إنتاج الغاز بطاقة 300 مقمق/ يوم لرفد محطات توليد الطاقة الكهربائية والمشاريع الصناعية المختلفة بحاجتها من الغاز ، اضافة الى توفير فرص العمل لأبناء ديالى والارتقاء بالواقع الاقتصادي للمحافظة وتعضيد خطط شركة النفط الوطنية في استثمار الغاز”.
