أصدر رئيس مجلس الوزراء العراقي القائد العام للقوات المسلحة مصطفى الكاظمي 4 توجيهات، على خلفية الأوضاع الأمنية التي شهدتها العاصمة بغداد خلال الساعات الماضية.
وأشار مكتب الكاظمي إلى أنه “ترأس اجتماعا طارئا للمجلس الوزاري للأمن الوطني، جرت فيه مناقشة الأوضاع الأمنية الأخيرة”.
وأضاف: “أكد المجلس على أن العمليات الإرهابية التي شهدتها العاصمة في الساعات الماضية تهدف إلى زعزعة الأمن والسلم المجتمعي، وسيتم اتخاذ إجراءات مشددة ووضع خطط أمنية من شأنها أن تضع حدا لمثل هذه الأعمال التخريبية التي تهدد الأمن العام في البلاد، وستتم إعادة النظر بالقيادات الأمنية التي شهدت قطعاتها خروقات أمنية، وستكون هناك محاسبة لمن يثبت تقصيره في أداء مهامه”.
وتابع: “وجه الكاظمي، القيادات الأمنية كافة بأن تكون خططهم الأمنية والإجراءات المتبعة ملائمة مع الوضع الذي يشهده البلد، وأن لا تقتصر مهامهم على رد الفعل للحدث بعد وقوعه، وكذلك بإعادة توزيع مساحات العمل للأجهزة الأمنية والاستخبارية”.
وأوضح: “شدد رئيس الوزراء على ضرورة تفعيل الجهد الاستخباري، وأن يكون دوره أساسيا في المواجهات الأمنية، وفي ملاحقة المجاميع الإرهابية وعصابات الجريمة”.
وأصدر المجلس الوزاري للأمن الوطني توجيهات أمنية عدة من شأنها ضبط الأمن في العاصمة بغداد وبقية مدن العراق، وهي كالآتي:
1- التأكيد على التوجيهات السابقة بخصوص الدراجات النارية بمنع حملها لأكثر من شخص، وكذلك تقييد حركتها في الشارع ابتداءً من الساعة 6 مساءً وحتى الساعة 6 صباحا.
2- تقييد حركة السيارات الحكومية ومنعها من الخروج بعد ساعات الدوام الرسمية، إلا بورقة عمل.
3- وضع مكافآت مالية للمواطنين للتبليغ عن أي عنصر مشبوه.
4- إلزام جميع أصحاب المحال التجارية بوضع كاميرات مراقبة في أماكن عملهم.
