اعتقلت القوات الامنية في محافظة ذي قار، الاحد، متهما بقتل طفلة بطلق ناري طائش شمال المحافظة.
وقال اعلام قيادة شرطة ذي قار في بيان، اليوم (26 نيسان 2020)، إن “قائد شرطة محافظة ذي قار والمنشآت العميد ناصر لطيف الاسدي وجه بالتحقيق بمهنية جادة ومتابعة المطلوبين في قضية مقتل طفلة بالخامسة من عمرها إثر اطلاقة نارية طائشة اصابتها في الرأس نتيجة مشاجرة وقعت يوم 15 من نيسان الجاري في منطقة الشوملي في الشطرة”.
واشار البيان الى ان “قائد الشرطة وجه بمتابعة التحقيق في الحادث بإشراف مدير القسم وضباط تحقيق أكفاء، ومن خلال المتابعة تمكن فريق عمل من القبض على المتهم (أ. ح. ف) يبلغ من العمر 40 عام وهو الطرف الاول بالمشاجرة”.
وأكد البيان، “اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، وتوقيف المتهم استنادا لإحكام المادة (405) من قانون العقوبات العراقي”.
