بكتاب رسمي (عاجل وفي غاية الاهمية) أرسلناه قبل يومين إلى وزارة النقل، ونسخة منه إلى كل الجهات الرسمية المعنية بالأمر، طالبنا فيه بوجوب عرض نصوص الاتفاقيات والعقود الثنائية التي ابرمتها الوزارة مؤخراً مع الشركات غير العراقية حول ميناء الفاو الكبير وارصفته ومقترباته الملاحية. .
فمثل هذه التعاقدات ينبغي ان تكون مُعلنة ومكشوفة وفي متناول الرأي العام، ولا يمكن ان تبقى محجوبة ومخبئه وغير معروفة، فالشفافية في مثل هذه الأمور هي المنظار الذي يكشف لنا بنودها وفقراتها وخباياها. .
