أكدت هيئة النزاهة الاتحادية،اليوم الخميس، تنفيذ 12 عملية ضبط في عدد من دوائر محافظة البصرة ضمن الحملة الميدانية التفتيشية التي تنفذها مديريات ومكاتب تحقيق الهيئة.
وذكر بيان للهيئة ، أن “فريق عمل مديرية تحقيق البصرة قام بضبط مواد نفطية تبلغ قيمتها (4,780,000) دولار، متروكة في مخيم شركة Samsung الكورية في حقل غرب القرنة/2″، موضحا أن “الشركة تنازلت عنها إلى شركة نفط البصرة بعد إكمال أعمالها في الحقل خلال العام 2017”.
واضاف البيان، أن “المواد متروكة منذ (6) سنوات في ساحة غير مسقفة معرضة للتلف، بسبب الظروف الجوية ولم يتم إدخالها مخزنيا”، مشددا على أنه “تم إشعار القسم التجاري في شركة نفط البصرة بعدم جواز التصرف بالمواد، إلا بموجب قرار قضائي”.
واوضح، إنه “بالانتقال إلى الشركة العامة لتجارة الحبوب / فرع البصرة رصد الفريق فقدان (694) طنا من مادة الرز التايلندي، وتأليف لجنة تحقيقية أثبتت مقصرية (3) موظفين، بيد أنه لم يتم تضمينهم مبلغ كميات الرز المفقودة، أما في مديرية زراعة البصرة فقد تمت ملاحظة فقدان (65) ساحبة زراعية تم تجهيزها من قبل المحافظة إلى المديرية التي قامت بدورها بتسليمها إلى المزارعين دون تقديم ضمانات كافية، بل الاكتفاء بالتوقيع على تعهدات خطية، مبينا أنه” بإجراء الجرد تبين فقدان (65) ساحبة توزعت بين شعب زراعة (القرنة، والزبير، وعز الدين سليم، والمدينة)”.
وتابع البيان، إنه “تم ضبط موظف في ملاحظية التسجيل العقاري في أبي الخصيب متلبسا بتسلم مبلغ رشوة من أحد المراجعين؛ لقاء تسليمه المعاملة الواردة من هيئة التدقيق في مديرية التسجيل العقاري في المحافظة، مشيرا إلى “ضبط أوليات عقد مبرم بين مديرية الوقف الشيعي وأحد الأشخاص على عقار بمساحة (3 دوانم و15 اولك) تم التعاقد عليه والدخول إلى المزايدة بصورة غير قانونية، كون المزايد موظفا حكوميا مستمرا بالخدمة، إضافة إلى أن العقار تم التعاقد عليه من قبل مديرية الوقف السني أيضا”.
واشار إلى أن “في جامعة البصرة، تم ضبط أوليات (19) تدريسيا في كليتي العلوم والتربية البدنية والعلوم الرياضية تم استبعادهم وحرمانهم من التثبيت على الملاك الدائم، رغم مباشرتهم الفعلية في 1/10/2019، إذ إن كتاب التكليف صدر بعد ذلك التاريخ، وفي كلية الفنون الجميلة في الجامعة ذاتها تم كشف تلاعب بدرجات الطلاب للأعوام (2018 ولغاية 2020)”.
وذكر البيان، انه “في مستشفى القرنة، رصد فريق المديرية استخدام تذاكر مزورة في استشارية الأطفال، ووصولات الفحص الطبي للمعينين الجدد، وتم ضبط الوصولات الأصلية للفحص الطبي (السفاتج) للمعينين البالغ عددها (20) دفترا من فئة (50) وصلا لكل منها خلال المدة بين (1-14/2/2023)، فضلا عن ضبط أوليات شراء وتسليم أدوية، بعد ملاحظة وجود فرق بين الأدوية المجهزة لصيدلية المستشفى والأدوية المصروفة” .
ونوه “بتنظيم محاضر أصولية، وعرضها رفقة المبرزات على قضاة التحقيق في المحافظة؛ بغية اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة، وتحديد جهة المقصرية وإصدار القرارات القضائية المناسبة بحقهم”.
