تستمر جهود هيأة المنافذ الحدودية في التصدي لمحاولات الغش والتلاعب ومنع محاولات الهدر بالمال العام حيث تمكن منفذ ميناء أم قصر الشمالي من ضبط حاوية خارج الحرم الكمركي في بوابة البحث والتحري.
ومن خلال إجراءات الكشف والتدقيق تبين أنها وجود مواد مخبأة غير مصرح بها وتمت الإحالة لوجود تلاعب في التصريحة الكمركية مما سبب هدر بالمال العام بمبلغ يقدر بأكثر من ( ١٢) مليون دينار عراقي.
تم تنظيم محضر ضبط أصولي والإحالة إلى قاضي التحقيق لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحق المخالفين.
