نحن في العراق للأسف الشديد لا نعرف الطريق المختصر الذي يقودنا الى النهوض والتطور. ومازلنا نمارس السباحة في أحواض وهميه صُنعت لنا وتم جرنا إليها جرا. فالفارق النهضوي بيننا وبين دول الجوار هائل جداً، ولابد من صحوة صناعية فاعلة لتغيير هذا الواقع البدائي الذي نعيشه الآن. .
فقد سجلت الصناعة انكماشا ملحوظا هذه الأيام بسبب المعارك التي تخوضها مؤسساتنا الحكومية في حروبها المعلنة على القطاع الخاص، حتى تعددت الجبهات، وتعاظمت ضراوة الغارات، ابتداء من وزارة الصناعة التي تتصرف وكأنها غير معنية بالقطاع الخاص، إلى دائرة عقارات الدولة التي ما برحت تفرض هيمنتها على المساحات المخصصة للمصانع، إلى المفارز العسكرية التي باتت تتحكم بمداخل التجمعات الصناعية، وانتهاءً بالجهات المتطفلة التي ظلت تحوم كما الغربان حول المعامل والمصانع لمقاصد لا تخفى عليكم، فالذئاب لا تهرول عبثاً. .
الصناعة .. عصب الاقتصاد في أي دولة، ومن دونها لايمكن لأى اقتصاد ان ينجح أو يتقدم، فالدولة التى تصنع ينمو اقتصادها بسرعة، إما الدولة التى لا تصنع فلا اقتصاد ولا تنمية فيها، ويظل اقتصادها فقيرا من دون أي تطور، فالمصانع هي الحاضنات الوطنية لتشغيل الأيدي العاملة، وهي التي تحقق لنا احلامنا المؤجلة في الاكتفاء الذاتي، لكنكم لا تعلمون ان مؤسسات الدولة كلها تشن حروبها اليومية المعلنة ضد القطاع الصناعي الخاص، حتى وزارة الصحة التي لا شأن لها بالصناعة صارت من ضمن الجبهات المتحكمة بالتراخيص البيئية، فاوقفت منحها للقطاع الخاص منذ العام الماضي. .
نأمل ان تتحقق الصحوة الصناعية في القريب العاجل، ونأمل ان تتوقف الحروب المعلنة ضد القطاع الصناعي الخاص. .
