ضبط واحباط محاولة تهريب (دافعات هواء) مخالفة لشروط وضوابط الاستيراد في منفذ طريبيل الحدودي

تستمر عمليات الضبط التي تنفذها هيأة المنافذ الحدودية بجهودها الرقابية والتدقيقية لكافة السلع والبضائع الواردة حيث تمكنت مديرية منفذ طريبيل الحدودي من ضبط عجلتين خارج الحرم الكمركي في سيطرة البحث والتحري محملتين بمادة قطع ولوازم وحدات تبريد خارجيه ( دافعات هواء) مخالفة لشروط وضوابط ولاستيراد.
ومن خلال الكشف والتدقيق تبين عدم وجود إجازة استيراد حيث إن الإجازة المرفقة تعود لمادة اخرى وعدم وجود شهادة منشأ وفاتورة للمواد المحملة على العجلات وهذه مخالفه كمركيه تسببت هدراً بالمال العام .
تم تنظيم محضر ضبط اصولي وإحالة المواد إلى مركز شرطة كمرك طريبيل لغرض عرض الموضوع على أنظار السيد قاضي التحقيق لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية المناسبة بحق المقصرين .
