حدّدت مديرية المرور العامة، اليوم الثلاثاء، مركبات الحمل المستثناة من قرار منع مركبات الحمل من الدخول الى أحياء العاصمة بغداد.
وقال مدير قسم العلاقات والإعلام في المديرية العميد حيدر كريم، إن :”البيان رقم (9) لسنة 2020 الخاص بمنع المركبات الحمل من الدخول الى أحياء العاصمة بغداد ساري المفعول”، لافتاً الى أنه “تماشياً مع الظرف الراهن المتمثل بجائحة كورونا وقرارات اللجنة العليا للصحة والسلامة الوطنية ومع تعليمات قيادة عمليات بغداد ، أوعز مدير عام المرور بتقليص ساعات المنع لمركبات الحمل قبل بدء حظر التجوال”.
وأضاف أنه “في حال تم رفع الحظر سيتم العودة الى تنفيذ القرار السابق، الذي يسمح بدخول المركبات لمركز العاصمة بعد الساعة 10 مساء ولغاية 5 فجراً”، مشيراً الى أن “المركبات المستثناة من البيان هي المركبات التابعة لوزارة التجارة والمركبات التي تحمل المشتقات النفطية والمواد الغذائية وبعض المواد الانشائية والخباطات”.
وتابع كريم أن “الزخم المروري الحاصل في بغداد ليس سببه سيارات الحمل فقط ،وإنما هناك سيارات كثيرة تصل الى ثلاثة ملايين مركبة داخل العاصمة”، مبيناً أن “سيارات الحمل مخصص لها طريقا محمد القاسم والقناة لكونهما يعدان (ترانزيت) والشريان الحيوي الذي يربط بغداد بالمحافظات الأخرى”.
