كشفت هيئة النزاهة الاتحاديَّة، اليوم الاثنين، اصدر المحاكم المُختصَّة بنظر قضايا النزاهة أمري استقدامٍ بحقِّ مُحافظ الديوانيَّة السابق، ومُحافظي بابل الأسبقين؛ لارتكابهم ما يخالف واجبات وظيفتهم.
وقالت دائرة التحقيقات ، إن “محكمة تحقيق الديوانيَّة المُختصَّة بنظر قضايا النزاهة قرَّرت استقدام محافظ الديوانية السابق، في قضيَّة المُخالفات التي وردت في تقرير ديوان الرقابة الماليَّة الاتحادي بخصوص العقد الخاصِّ بإنشاء علوة الفواكه والخضر في قضاء الحمزة الشرقي”، لافتةً إلى “قيام المُحافظ بالتوقيع على العقد، بالرغم من المُخالفات الموجودة في العقد”.
وأضافت أن “محكمة تحقيق الحلة المُختصَّة بنظر قضايا النزاهة أصدرت أمراً باستقدام مُحافظي بابل الأسبقين؛ لقيامهما بارتكاب ما يخالف واجباتهم الوظيفيَّة عمداً، ومنح مُوافقاتٍ حصريَّةٍ لإصدار إجازةٍ استثماريَّةٍ على قطعة أرضٍ عائدةٍ للإدارة المحليَّة في المُحافظة”، مشيرةً إلى أنَّ “منح المُوافقة تمَّ دون الإعلان عن الفرصة الاستثماريَّـة”.
وأوضحت، أنَّ “بدل الإيـجار السـنوي بلغ (48,500,000) مليون ديـنارٍ، وهو مبلغٌ لا يتناسب مع البدل الحقيقيِّ للإيجار”.
وبينت أنَّ “أوامر الاستقدام التي أصدرتها محكمتي تحقيق الديوانيَّة والحلة المُختصَّتين بنظر قضايا النزاهة جاءت وفقاً لأحكام المادَّة (331) من قانون العقوبات العراقي”.
