الحلبوسي يقيم دعوى ضد المحلل السياسي ابراهيم الصميدعي، والقضاء العراقي ينفذها ويصدر مذكرة قبض بحقه، فما علاقة الكاظمي بالإعتقال؟

قال مصدر سياسي مطلع، اليوم السبت، أن المحلل والناشط السياسي ابراهيم الصميدعي جرى اعتقاله وفقاً لمذكرة قبض قضائية صادرة عن محكمة مختصة؛ ولا شأن للحكومة بهذا الإجراء، كونها ليست طرفا في عملية الشكوى المقامة ضد الصميدعي .
وعلمت ( شبكة أنباء العراق ) من مصادر قضائية خاصة ان ” مذكرة الاعتقال جاءت بعد شكوى من قبل رئيس مجلس النواب محمد الحلبوسي، وأن الشكوى نفذت في محكمة مختصة وبإشراف مجلس القضاء الأعلى “.
ولفت المصدر إلى أن ” رئيس الوزراء مصطفى الكاظمي لم يحرك اي شكوى أو ادعاء ضد اي صحافي أو ناشط أو سياسي منذ توليه المنصب والى اليوم .
