اذا اردت بناء جيش قوي يستطيع الصمود في وجه المحن ابدأ بضبطه عسكريا فإذا افتقر الجيش للضبط سوف ترى جيشا منهارا…
كان ومازال الجيش العراقي رمزا وفخرا للعراق وللأمة العربية حيث شهدت له ملاحم الفداء اروع اسطر البسالة والتضحية..
يعتبر الجيش العراقي اول جيش أسس قبل تأسيس الدولة العراقية فكان الجيش يمتلك دولة….
بعد تعرض الجيش لاسوأ الدسائس والمؤامرات فقد تغير مفهوم الجيش بعد 2003 من قبل الإرادة الغربية فمن غير المعقول أن يبقى الجيش العراقي قويا ولديه مهمة
مستقبلية…
فقد أنشأ على الولاء للأحزاب والطائفة وليس على أساس الولاء للوطن رغم رفعه ذلك الشعار..
أساس التغيير في الولاء هو ما تمخض عنه الدستور الجديد الذي خط على عجالة مدروسة حيث جعل ارتباط الجيش بالقائد العام للقوات المسلحة الذي هو رئيس الوزراء الذي ربما لا يفقه شيء من العلم والعقيدة العسكرية ولايعلم ممن يتكون الفصيل أو السرية أو الفوج اذا اراد ايصال الفكرة لمن هم دونه….
في كل الجيوش يكون هنالك ارشادات معنوية ونفسية تكون أحد أركان الجيش وهو التوجيه المعنوي والإرشادي الذي يرسخ قيم التضحية وقيم الفداء بين منتسبيه…
في اليومين السابقين حيث برز تسجيل صوتي لأحد الأخوة المقاتلين وهو يشكو عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في مقطع صوتي جزء من كلامه موجه الى السيد رئيس الوزراء..ربما بفكرته وهو لم يرتكب جرما حاشا لله..
فلو لم يكن ذلك المقاتل في تلك المؤسسة من أجل إعالة عائلته لكان أحد أفراد خيم الاعتصامات ليطالب بالتوظيف وإيجاد عمل…
ليصرح بعدها الناطق باسم القائد العام للقوات المسلحة بالتعرف على الموما اليه ومكان وحدته ….
ليقبع بعدها في غيابات السجون ….بأمر من مدير مكتب رئيس الوزراء القاضي رائد جوحي
وليس بأمر من مكتب القائد العام للقوات المسلحة الفريق محمد البياتي…
هذا الإرباك يذهب هيبة تلك المؤسسة العريقة…
فإذا أردت أن تطاع فأمر بالمستطاع…
وهذا هو مثال على تفشي الفساد في أركان المؤسسة العسكرية..
لو اعطى كل ذي حق حقه لما وصل الحال إلى ماهو عليه الآن …
والقادم أدهى وأمر….
