أعلنت الحكومة العراقية، الثلاثاء، تفعيل مبادرة البنك المركزي بإقراض المواطنين لبناء وشراء الوحدات السكنية من دون فائدة، بالاضافة الى إقراض رجال الاعمال الصناعيين بفائدة 3% فقط.
وقال المتحدث باسم رئاسة الوزراء وزير الثقافة حسن ناظم في مؤتمر صحفي أعقب جلسة المجلس، أنه “تم تفعيل اعمال اللجنة المشرفة على قروض مبادرة البنك المركزي الذي قدم تسهيلات للمواطنين”، فيما بين أن من “ضمن هذه التسهيلات هو أن تكون قروض شراء الوحدات السكنية في المجمعات الاستثمارية بدون فائدة وبمبلغ 125 مليون دينار عراقي، وبمدة سداد 20 سنة للبنك العقاري”.
وأضاف أن “قروض بناء الوحدات السكنية ستكون بمبلغ 75 مليون دينار عراقي وبمدة سداد 20 سنة، من خلال صندوق الاسكان”، موضحا أن “مدة السداد هذه تؤشر الى أن الدفعة الشهرية للمواطنين ستهبط للنصف”.
وأشار ناظم الى أن “قروض رجال الاعمال الصناعين التي ستكون من خلال المصرف الصناعي، حيث تشمل المشاريع الخدمية والسياحية والصحية والتعليمية والصناعية بفائدة 3% وبمدة سداد 15 سنة ومدة إمهال 3 سنوات”.
وأوضح أن “هذه الفقرة مهمة؛ لأنها شملت الصناعين في اقامة مثل هذه المشاريع، وهو ما لم يكن ممكنا في السابق”.
وقال ناظم “تم اعتماد كفالة الموطنة رواتبهم في المصارف المجازة لكل من المتعاقدين والمتقاعدين والقوات المسلحة والاجهزة الامنية لأغراض منح قروض الاسكان”.
