صفقة ميناء الفاو تحقق لـ(دايو) أكثر من 50% من هدفها في الحصول على مشاريع خارجية

أعلنت شركة دايو للهندسة والإنشاءات، وهي شركة بناء كورية جنوبية كبرى، اليوم الاثنين، إنها وقعت على صفقة بقيمة 2.9 تريليون وون (2.7 مليار دولار أمريكي) مع الحكومة العراقية لبناء مرافق ميناء، مشيرة الى ان هدفها الوصول الى 5.07 تريليون وون كإيراد من المشاريع الخارجية .
وقالت الشركة في بيان :”إنها حصلت على الصفقة من الشركة العامة للموانئ العراقية (GCPI) لبناء نفق ومحطة حاويات وطرق لميناء الفاو الكبير في محافظة البصرة”.
ووفقا للبيان الذي نقل عن متحدث باسم الشركة قوله؛ إن “الشركة شاركت في مشروع بناء الميناء من عام 2013. في الصفقة السابقة، فزنا بالفعل بعقد قيمته 1.2 تريليون وون لبناء محطة وسور بحري ومنشآت أخرى في الميناء”.
وذكر أن “القيمة الإجمالية للصفقتين اللتين حصلت عليهما الشركة بلغت 4.1 تريليون وون”.
وقالت الشركة إنها :”فازت بطلبات خارجية بقيمة 5.88 تريليون وون في العام الماضي، محققة هدفها السنوي للطلبات الخارجية عند 5.07 تريليون وون”.
وميناء الفاو الكبير هو ميناء عراقي في شبه جزيرة الفاو جنوب محافظة البصرة. تبلغ تكلفة المشروع حوالي 4.6 مليار يورو وتقدر طاقة الميناء المقدرة 99 مليون طن سنوياً ليكون واحداً من أكبر الموانئ المطلة على الخليج والعاشر على مستوى العالم.
ووضع حجر الأساس لهذا المشروع يوم 5 أبريل/نيسان 2010.
وأثارت قضية ميناء الفاو الكبير، والتلكؤ في اكماله جدلاً، واتهم نواب حكومات متعاقبة بعقد صفقات مع دول مجاورة فرطت بإنشاء الميناء لصالح موانئ تلك الدول.
كما شهد المشروع بعض التلكؤ عقب “انتحار” المدير الفني لشركة دايو الكورية الجنوبية المنفذة لمشروع ميناء الفاو الكبير، لأسباب غامضة.
