وتابع، أن “المصرف يمنح قروضا لشراء الدور السكنية والترميم والبناء”، مبينا، أن “هذه القروض مفعلة ونسبة الفائدة فيها تصل إلى 6% وهي تناقصية”.
ولفت، إلى أن “ضوابط منح تلك القروض تتضمن أن يكون 50% من راتب المقترض كافيا لسداد القسط الشهري مع الفائدة”، موضحا، أن “القرض يمنح بضمان (بطاقة الماستر الكارد) والعقار فقط، ويبدأ من 5 ملايين ويصل إلى 150 مليون دينار”.
وكشف، أن “مجلس إدارة مصرف الرافدين اتفق على إطلاق قروض شراء السيارات”، لافتا، الى أن “إطلاق تلك القروض يعتمد على إيجاد شركات رصينة للتعامل معها لتفادي التلكؤ”.
