النائب سعود الساعدي يوجه 11 سؤالا لمكتب السوداني ووزير الثقافة بشأن مشروع “طريق الحج المسيحي” وعلاقته بالديانة الإبراهيمية

وجّه رئيس كتلة حقوق النيابية، النائب سعود الساعدي، 11 سؤالا إلى مكتب رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الثقافة بشأن مشروع طريق الحج المسيحي.
وخاطب الساعدي في بيان ، مكتب رئيس الوزراء بشأن مشروع طريق الحج المسيحي، مستفهما عن الجهة التي تبنت اختيار هذه التسمية”.
كما تساءل الساعدي عن “الجدوى الاقتصادية لهذا المشروع وهل أنه جزء من متطلبات نشر ما تسمى بالديانة الإبراهيمية في العراق؟”.
ودعا الساعدي مكتب رئيس الوزراء إلى “إيضاح الكلفة التخمينية لهذا المشروع وآليات تمويله”، متسائلا “هل ستتحمل الحكومة ذلك التمويل على الرغم من عدم رصد تخصيصات مالية له في مشروع قانون الموازنة أم توجد جهات خارجية ستتولى دعم وتمويل هذا المشروع؟.
كما طالب الساعدي، بـ”معرفة شروط ومواصفات وعرض المشروع (تندر العقد) ومن هي الجهة التي قامت بإعداد أوليات المشروع من خرائط وكشوفات واختيار موقع المشروع وغيرها”، مطالبا أيضا “الشركات الـ10 التي تقدمت للعرض المعلن في المشروع وفق التصريح الذي أدلى به مستشار رئيس الوزراء لشؤون الثقافة والسياحة والآثار”.
كما تضمنت أسئلة الساعدي، “معرفة الآلية القانونية التي سيصار إلى اكمال المشروع من خلالها وهل تم الإلتزام بتعليمات تنفيذ العقود الحكومية رقم (٢) لسنة ٢٠١٤ من عدمه؟”، وتسائل “هل صدر قرار من مجلس الوزراء يتعلق بالموافقة على هذا المشروع من عدمه؟”.
وختم رئيس كتلة حقوق النيابية بيانه بـ”مطالبة مكتب رئيس الوزراء بالرد خلال خمسة عشرا يوما على أن تكون الإجابة معززة بجميع الوثائق والمستندات”.
وفي ذات السياق، وجّه الساعدي اربعة أسئلة إلى وزير الثقافة أحمد فكّاك البدراني.
وطالب الساعدي، “بمعرفة دور وزارة الثقافة في تنفيذ مشروع طريق الحج المسيحي أو الإشراف عليه؟ فضلا عن بيان الجدوى الاقتصادية التي سيحصل عليها العراق من المشروع”.
كما طالب رئيس كتلة حقوق، “بإيضاح شروط وعرض المشروع والجهة التي قامت بإعدادها، وما هي الآلية القانونية التي سيصار إلى إكمال المشروع من خلالها؟”.
