النزاهة: القبض على مسؤول في شركة نفط ميسان بتهمة اختلاس (8) مليارات دينار

أفادت هيئة النزاهة الاتحاديَّة بتنفيذ مُذكّرة القبض الصادرة بحقِّ مسؤولٍ في شركة نفط ميسان؛ إثر تهم اختلاسٍ وخروقاتٍ ومُخالفاتٍ ماليَّـةٍ مُرتكبةٍ في صرف سلفٍ تشغيليَّـةٍ بأكثر من ثمانية مليارات دينار.

مكتب الإعلام والاتصال الحـكومي، وفي معرض حـديثه عن العمــليَّة، التي تمَّ تنفيذها بالتعاون والتنسيق مع خليَّة الصقور الاستخباريَّة، أفاد بأنَّ فريقاً من مكتب تحقيق الهيئة في مُحافظة ميسان تمكَّن من تنفيذ مُذكَّرة القبض القضائيَّة الصادرة قبل عامين بحقِّ المُتَّهم الهارب مدير قسم الدفعيَّات في الهيئة الماليَّة لشركة نفط ميسان، في وسط العاصمة بغداد.

وأردف مكتب الإعلام مُبيّناً أنَّ المُتَّهم أقدم على تكرار صرف (٢٦) مُستنداً للعامين (٢٠٢٠ و٢٠٢١) خاصاً بسلفٍ تشغيليَّةٍ ومكافآتٍ وإيفاداتٍ خارجيَّةٍ ورواتب مُنتسبي شرطة الطاقة، لافتاً إلى أنَّه تمَّ تبويب هذه المُستندات على غير حسابتها، ومن ثمَّ الاستحواذ على مبالغها واختلاسها، مشيراً إلى أنَّ تلك المبالغ تُقدَّرُ بـ (٨،٦١١،٨٩٨،٧٥٠ ) مليارات دينارٍ عراقي.

وأضاف إنَّه تمَّ تنظيم محضرٍ أصوليٍّ بالعمليَّة، التي نُفِّذَت استناداً إلى أحكام المادة (٣١٦) من قانون العقوبات رقم (111 لسنة 1969) المُعدَّل ؛ لعرضه بصحبة المُتَّهم على قاضي محكمة التحقيق المُختصَّة بالنظر في قضايا النزاهة بميسان؛ لإكمال الإجراءات القانونيَّة وتقرير مصير المُتَّهم.

وكانت الهيئة قد أعلنت في التاسع عشر من كانون الثاني الجاري عن توقيف (8) مُتَّهمين في شركة نفط ميسان يعملون مُحاسبين ومُدقّقين في الهيئة الماليَّة للشركة، وذلك إثر المُخالفات والخروقات الماليَّـة المُرتكبة في صرف سلفٍ تشغيليَّـةٍ.
