أربيل وبغداد تضعان خطة امنية مشتركة ليوم الاقتراع في الانتخابات المحلية بـ3 محافظات

أعلنت اللجنة الامنية العليا للانتخابات، اليوم الأحد، التوصل الى خطة امنية مشتركة مع السلطات الامنية في اقليم كوردستان لتوفير الحماية اللازمة لمراكز الاقتراع وضمان انسيابية التصويت في المحافظات العراقية الثلاث المحاذية للإقليم، وهي: كركوك ونينوى وديالى.
وكان وفد من اللجنة ومن المفوضية العليا المستقلة للانتخابات قد زار اربيل اليوم وعقد اجتماعا مع وزير داخلية الإقليم ريبر أحمد والقادة الامنيين في كوردستان لمناقشة تصويت النازحين في يوم الاقتراع الخاص وتنقل المواطنين بين محافظات الاقلمي والمحافظات الثلاث للتوصيت بالاقتراع العام.
وقال رئيس خلية الإعلام الأمني تحسين الخفاجي و أحد اعضاء اللجنة في مؤتمر صحفي عقده بعد الاجتماع، “توصلنا الى اتفاق على وضع خطة امنية مشتركة تختص في نقل الإعلاميين والصحفيين وبعض المقترعين الى المحافظات الثلاث”.
بدوره قال اللواء طارق احمد المدير العام لمديرية الشرطة في اقليم كوردستان خلال المؤتمر الصحفي: ان اقليم كوردستان غير مشمول في انتخابات مجالس المحافظات الا ان المحافظات المحاذية وهي: نينوى وكركوك وديالى مهمة للغاية بالنسبة لنا، وكذلك النازحون في مدن اقليم كوردستان فإنهم سيدلون بأصواتهم في يوم الاقتراع الخاص بالمدن التي يتواجدون فيها.
وأضاف أن قوات مشتركة من القوات الاتحادية واقليم كوردستان ستتولى مهمة حماية مراكز الاقتراع في المناطق المشمولة بالمادة 140 من الدستور في محافظات نينوى وكركوك وديالى بالتنسيق مع القوات الامنية في محافظات دهوك واربيل والسليمانية.
من جهته قال ممثل إقليم كوردستان في قيادة العمليات المشتركة، اللواء عبد الخالق طلعت في المؤتمر ذاته، أن ابرز ما تمت مناقشته في هذا الاجتماع موضوع نقاط التفتيش لأولئك المواطنين الكورد الذي يسافرون الى مدينة الموصل او كركوك او ديالى للادلاء باصواتهم يمكنهم التنقل بكل سهولة وفقا لبطاقة الناخب التي يحملونها لأنه لن يكون هناك حظر للتجوال بين المدن ونقاط التفتيش.
