رويال داتش شل (بالإنجليزية: Royal Dutch Shell) المعروفة باسم شل، هي شركة نفط متعددة الجنسيات بريطانية وهولندية الأصل.
تعتبر ثاني أكبر شركة طاقة في العالم …
تأسست شركة شل عام 1907 ويقع مقرها الرئيسي في لاهاي بهولندا.
تمتلك مكتب مركزي في لندن بالمملكة المتحدة.
تمتلك الولايات المتحدة نسبة 40 % من رأس مال هذه الشركة !!
مؤسس شركة شل النفطية هو ماركوسصموئيل (1853- 1927) وهو من عائلة يهوديةبغدادية الأصل .
احد اكبر الشركاء في هذه الشركة الان هو ( روبرتسكابيتو – Rop kapito )وهو ترلونيير امريكي يهودي و صاحب شركات ( بلاكروك و كابيتالگروب ) لغرض تقوية و زيادة حجم شركة شركة شل … و الكل يعرف من هي ( بلاك روك ) التي تقود العالم !!
تعتبر شركة شل من الشركات التي تتحكم بالسياسة النفطية و الطاقة و الآقتصاد العالمي !!
ان أول مندوب سامي بريطانى فى فلسطين هو “هربرتصموئيل” ابن رجل المال والبترول ماركوسصموئيل اليهودى العراقي الاصل مؤسس شركة شلالمعروفة و الذي كان يمتلك أكثر من عشر ناقلات بترول تجوب قناة السويس ؟ قام ( هربرت صموئيل ) بالدخول شراكة مع الفونس دي روتشيلد ( من عائلة روتشيلد الفرنسيه اليهودية المعروفة ) لتاسيس شركة بترول ضخمة لمنافسة “جون روكفيللر” ( رئيس عائلة روكفيللر الأمريكية اليهودية المعروفة ) و مؤسس شركة “ستاندر اويل” و شركة إكسون موبيل العملاقة ؟؟؟ قام صموئيل مع ألفونس روتشيلد … بالتعاون مع رجل البنوك الروسى “هوراس دى جونزبيرج ” لاكتشاف البترول فى “باكو” بأذربيجان عام 1873 و بعد ذلك قامت عائلة روتشيلد باستثمار أموالها فى روسيا ؟؟ اليوم هذه الشركة العملاقة و المتخصصة بالغاز هي التي تستثمرالغازالمصاحبفي_العراق منذ 2010.
لغاية الان لم تنجح هذه الشركة في استثمار كامل الحصة المقررة لها وهي ( 2000 مقمق ) مليون قدم مكعب قياسي و هذه حالة مستغربة ولا يوجد لها اجابة عندي
لان شركة شل هي التخصص الأعلى في الغاز عالميا و استثمار الغاز لديها يعتبر من البديهيات البسيطه جدا ؟؟
كذلك استثمرت حقل مجنون العملاق و انسحبت منه سنة 2018 لاسباب حقيقتها مجهولة !!
و المستغرب ان هذه الشركة لغاية الان لم تقوم بحل مشكلة حرق الغاز في العراق ؟؟
علما انها صرفت عشرات المليارات و لم تلتزم بالمدد المنصوص عليها بالعقد !!!
ان هذه الشركة تقوم باستثمار اغلب الغاز في العالم و لا تسمح بحرق متر مكعب من الغاز في بلدان العالم و تسمح بحرق مليارات الامتار المكعبة في العراق و تساهم بإزهاق أرواح الملايين من ابناء العراق ؟؟؟
