جاء ذلك خلال زيارته اليوم للنقابة ولقائه نقيب الصحفيين العراقيين رئيس اتحاد الصحفيين العرب مؤيد اللامي الذي قدم شرحا مفصلا عن طبيعة عمل النقابة وفروعها في المحافظات وتواصلها مع المؤسسات الإعلامية والأسرة الصحفية معبرا عن سعادته لجهود لجنة الرياضة والشباب البرلمانية لدعم ورعاية الطاقات الشبابية وإعلاء شأن الرياضة في العراق ومشاركاته في البطولات الخارجية العربية والدولية ..
وجرى خلال أللقاء بحث أوجه التعاون بين النقابة ولجنة الشباب والرياضة البرلمانية وتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة في هذا المجال.
