تعقيبا على المقالة التي نشرها رئيس الوزراء السابق (مصطفى الكاظمي) على صفحات جريدة الشرق الاوسط بعددها الصادر بتاريخ 29 / 8 / 2023 بعنوان: (المشرق الجديد… الفرصة ما زالت موجودة) والتي قال في مقدمتها انه كان يسعى منذ سنوات لتأسيس اتحاد ثلاثي يجمع بين جمهورية العراق والمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية وجمهورية مصر العربية. مشيراً إلى استعداد قادة مصر والاردن للمضي قدماً في هذا المشروع بذريعة ملأ الفراغات والتباينات وفق رؤية مرتكزها التعاون والشراكة. .
يرى (الكاظمي): ان مشروع الشراكة مع القاهرة وعمان كفيل بإخراج العراق من مأزق الأنفاق والتخندقات إلى ميادين العمل والتعاون العربي المشترك. .
وهنا لابد من التوقف قليلاً لمناقشة فكرة الشراكة بين نظام ديمقراطي تعددي حديث الولادة في العراق، ونظام ملكي وراثي قائم منذ منتصف القرن الماضي في الاردن، ونظام ثالث قائم على فكرة عسكرة الدولة في جمهورية مصر العربية ؟. ولا ندري كيف سيكون شكل الاتحاد بين هذه الانظمة المتناقضة غير المتجانسة وغير المستقرة ؟. وما الجدوى من ربط مستقبل العراق ببلدان فقيرة مشكوك بمستقبلها بشهادة شعوبها ؟. .
من الطبيعي ان تكون ردود الافعال السياسية إيجابية جداً في الاردن ومصر، لأن تلك البلدان ستضمن لنفسها الحصول على تنازلات حاتمية، وأسعار أخوية مخفضة للنفط ومشتقاته، وستحصل على مساحات مفتوحة لتسويق منتجاتها الزراعية والصناعية، وهذا ما حصل على أرض الواقع في زمن الكاظمي نفسه عندما منح الاردن تسهيلات جمركية سخية كانت تحلم بها، فأعفاها من الرسوم والضرائب في معبر طريبيل، وسمح لمنتجاتها (ومنتجات غيرها) بالتدفق نحو أسواقنا ضارباً عرض الحائط بقانون حماية المنتج الوطني. .
لقد تعايشنا منذ سنوات وسنوات مع هذه الافكار والنظريات الهادمة للاقتصاد الوطني، والقائمة على الكرم الزنكلوني مع الاشقاء في الوقت الذي تضغط فيه حكوماتنا السابقة واللاحقة على المواطن المحروم من أبسط حقوقه في تنفيذ مشاريعه الزراعية والصناعية والتجارية الواعدة بسبب الاجراءات التعسفية الثقيلة التي تمارسها الدولة ضد المستثمر الوطني. .
اللافت للنظر ان الدولة العراقية لم ولن تستأنس بافكار اصحاب الاختصاص، وغالبا ما تهرول (على عمى عينها) وراء انفعالاتها العاطفية، فتعيش في أجواء وهمية مشبعة بدخان الحشيش الأفغاني المُعسّل. ثم ترمي بثقلها كله في نشوة الوهم، فتقع بأحضان الأشقاء الذين ظلت مطاراتهم تستوقفنا حتى الآن للتحقيق معنا حول توجهاتنا الدينية والطائفية. وتنظر إلينا وكأننا قادمون إليها من كوكب المشتري. .
يتعين علينا ان نسعى اولا لتأسيس اتحادنا الوطني، ونتحالف مع بعضنا البعض، ونوحد جهودنا الذاتية في مواجهة التحديات المحدقة بنا، ونتشاور ونتحاور في التخطيط نحو مستقبل مشرق يتحد فيه الشعب العراقي كله تحت خيمة واحدة توفر له الامن والاستقرار والعيش الرغيد. .
