أعلنت دائرة التحقيقات في هيئة النزاهة، اليوم الاثنين، تنفيذ ثلاث عمليَّات ضبطٍ في ميسان، واستقدام (5) مُتَّـهمين من بينهم مدير فرع الهيئة العامَّة للضرائب في المحافظة ومدير مصرفٍ حكوميٍّ. واشارت الدائرة في بيان، الى “إقدام مدير فرع الهيئة العامة للضرائب في ميسان والمُوظَّف المُخمِّن باستغلال مناصبهم الوظيفيَّة؛ لغرض تمشية معاملة أحد المُواطنين ومنحه براءة ذمَّة؛ بالرغم من كونه مديناً للدولة”. وبينت “قيام المُتَّهمين بالتلاعب بموديل السيَّارة العائدة للمواطن”، لافتــة إلى أنَّ “فريق عمل مكتب تحقيق مــيسان الـــذي انتــقل إلى الدائــرة قـام بضبط الإضـبارة الـتي تمَّ التــلاعب فيــها”.
وأوضحت أنَّ “قاضي التحقيق المُختصّ قرَّر استقدام مدير فرع الهيئة العامَّة للضرائب في ميسان والمُخمّن وفق أحكام المادة (330) من قانون العقوبات”.
وتابعت إنَّ “الفريق رصد عدم قيام مصرف الرافدين في ميسان بإشعار شركة التأمين الوطنية عند وفاة أحد المُقترضين، على الرغم من أنَّ دائرة المُقترض قامت بإشعار المصرف بوفاة منسوبها، مُشدّدةً على قيام إدارة المصرف بمُخالفة الأنظمة والتعليمات، وعدم إطفاء القرض الخاصّ بالمُتوفّي والبالغة قيمته (36,000,000) مليون دينارٍ ضمن المُدَّة القانونيَّة”.
ونوهت “بإصدار قاضي التحقيق المُختصّ أمراً باستقدام مدير المصرف وأمين الصندوق والمُوظَّف المسؤول عن قروض قسم السيَّارات؛ استناداً إلى أحكام المادة (331) من قانون العقوبات”.
وأضافت إنَّ “الفريق، الذي انتقل إلى شعبة الحجر الزراعيِّ في منفذ الشيب الحدودي التابعة لدائرة وقاية المزروعات في وزارة الزراعة، ضبطت أوليَّاتٍ ووصولاتٍ ماليَّة تخصُّ مبالغ الجباية من السيَّارات القادمة من ساحة التبادل التجاري إلى المنفذ؛ لمخالفتها الضوابط والتعليمات، وعدم فتح حساب في مصرف الرافدين – فرع الشيب خاص بتلك المبالغ، فضلاً عن جمع المبالغ لفتراتٍ طويلةٍ وإيداعها لدى المصرف بموجب إيصالاتٍ غير قابلةٍ للتحويل، وتنظيم وصولات القطع لأكثر من سيَّارٍة بموجب وصلٍ واحدٍ، إضافة إلى حساب الأوزان الخاصَّة بحمولات السيَّارات بشكلٍ إجماليٍّ”.
وأكدت أنه “تقرَّر إجراء التحقيق؛ استناداً إلى المادة (340) من قانون العقوبات”.
