بالوثائق: وزير النقل يلغي الصلاحيات الاستثنائية التي منحها الوزير السابق للوكلاء والمدراء العامين

اصدرت وزارة النقل صباح هذا اليوم الموافق 31 / 10 / 2022 أمراً وزاريا بالرقم 9488 يقضي بإلغاء العمل بكافة الصلاحيات الممنوحه سابقاً للسادة الوكلاء والمدراء العامون، ولحين إصدار أوامر تصحيحية لاحقة. .
جاء قرار السيد الوزير استناداً لإحكام المادة ( 2 / اولاً ) من قانون الوزارة رقم 7 لسنة 1994، والمادة 2 من نظامها رقم 6 لسنة 1995 . .
لا شك ان هذا القرار الصائب سوف يعيد للوزارة توازنها المفقود، ويجعلها قادرة على تفعيل سياستها الإصلاحية نحو الأفضل. آخذين بعين الاعتبار ان الوزارة وضعت بهذه الخطوة حداً للسلوك التعسفي الذي لجأ اليه بعض مدراء التشكيلات في التحكم بتنقلات الموظفين من تشكيل إلى آخر، خارج تخصصاتهم ومهاراتهم. فتحولت الصلاحيات القديمة إلى اداة من أدوات الارهاب الوظيفي، وقد أصبحت الآن في حكم الماضي الذي لن يعود. .
وعلى السياق نفسه عبّر العاملون في الموانئ العراقية وفي الخطوط الجوية عن فرحتهم الغامرة بهذا القرار الصائب، وناشدوا السيد الوزير بالغاء أوامر النقل التعسفي التي صدرت هذا العام ضد موظفي الموانئ وموظفي الخطوط. .
