أعلنت هيئة النزاهة الاتحاديَّة، اليوم الاحد، صدور أوامر استقدامٍ بحق 8 من المسؤولين في وزارة الصناعة والمعادن؛ لارتكابهم عمداً ما يخالف واجبات وظيفتهم، وامتناعهم عن أداء عملٍ من أعمالها.
وذكرت دائرة التحقيقات بالهيئة في بيان ، أن “محكمة تحقيق صلاح الدين المُختصَّة بقضايا النزاهة أصدرت ثلاثة أوامر استقدامٍ بحقِّ المدير العام للشركة العامَّة لصناعة الأدوية والمُستلزمات الطبيَّة في سامراء الحالي؛ لقيامه بالتجاوز في الصرف الفعلي على التخصيصات الماليَّة بالموازنة التخطيطيَّة لعام 2020، دون اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة باستحصال الموافقات الأصوليَّة، فضلاً عن نفاذ السيولة النقديَّة للشركة خلال عام 2020”.
وأضافت الدائرة أنَّ “المدير العام للشركة العامَّة لصناعة الأدوية والمُستلزمات الطبيَّة في سامراء قام بالإضافة إلى ذلك بارتكاب مُخالفاتٍ في عمليَّة شراء مواد (كرمايسيدين وهاموتروبين) و( سيتات أصابع كبس الحبوب)”.
وبينت انَّ “أمر الاستقدام الثاني شمل كذلك مُديري القسم القانونيِّ والتجاريِّ، فيما شمل الأمر الثالث كلاً من معاون المدير العام للشركة و(مُديري الأقسام التجاريَّة والرقابة الداخليَّة والصيانة والتخطيط)، إضافةً إلى المُكلَّف بأعمال التخليص الگمرگي في الشركة”.
وأشار البيان الى، أنَّ “محكمة تحقيق صلاح الدين المُختصَّة بقضايا النزاهة أصدرت أمر الاستقدام بحقِّ المُتَّهمين؛ استناداً إلى أحكام المادَّة (331) من قانون العقوبات”.
