اعلنت هيأة النزاهة الاتحاديَّة، اليوم الثلاثاء، بصدور أمر استقدامٍ بحقِّ مدير هيئة الاستثمار في مُحافظة ذي قار ؛ لإضراره المال العام ومُخالفته واجباته الوظيفيَّة.
،ونقلت الهيئة عن دائرة التحقيقات القول، عن :”أمر الاستقدام الصادر بحق مدير استثمار ذي قار السابق ، الى أنَّ محكمة تحقيق الناصريَّة المُختصَّة بالنظر في قضايا النزاهة أصدرت الأمر، على خلفيَّة قيام مدير الاستثمار بمنح قطعة أرضٍ كفرصةٍ استثماريَّةٍ لمجمعٍ تجاريٍ ، خلافاً لُموافقة مُديريَّة بلديَّة الناصريَّة والدوائر ذات العلاقة التي تشير إلى استعمال الأرض مُخصَّص لأغراضٍ صناعيَّةٍ ، فضلاً عن أن تغير جنس الأرض ليس من صلاحيَّات رئيس هيئة الاستثمار في المحافظة”.
وأوضحت دائرة التحقيقيات، أنَّ “محكمة تحقيق الناصريَّة المختصة بالنظر في قضايا النزاهة أصدرت أمر الاستقدام؛ استناداً إلى أحكام المادَّة (340) من قانون العقوبات”.
