ضبط (2) حاوية تحتوي (أدوية بشرية) مخالفة لشروط وضوابط الاستيراد في منفذ ميناء أم قصر الشمالي

بناء على قرار السيد قاضي تحقيق أم قصر باشرت هيأة المنافذ الحدودية بإشراف مباشر من اللواء الدكتور عمر الوائلي العمل على حسم موضوع تكدس الحاويات التي تجاوزت المدة القانونية على بقائها في الموانى العراقية دون مراجعة أصحاب العلاقة . حيث تم تشكيل لجنة في منفذ ميناء أم قصر الشمالي بالتعاون والتنسيق مع مركز الكمرك وجميع الجهات العاملة المختصة وتم ضبط(2) حاوية تحتوي(أدوية بشرية) مخبأة خلف أقداح معدة للتهريب.
تم إحالة المواد المضبوطة إلى القضاء لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية المناسبة بحق المخالفين.
