أعلنت هيئة النزاهة الاتحاديَّة عن تنفيذ عمليَّتي ضبطٍ في مُحافظة الديوانيَّة، مُبيّنةً ضبط حالتي رشوةٍ وأدوية مُنتهية الصلاحية في دائرتي التسجيل العقاري والصحَّة في المحافظة.
وأفادة دائرة التحقيقات في النزاهة، وفي معرض حديثها عن تفاصيل العمليَّتين اللتين نُفِّذتا بمُوجب مُذكَّرتين قضائيَّتين، بأنَّ فريق عمل مكتب تحقيق الهيئة في الديوانيَّة تمكَّن من ضبط مُوظَّفٍ في مُديريَّة التسجيل العقاري في المحافظة، وفق أحكام القرار (160 لسنة 1983)، مُتلبِّساً بالجرم المشهود، اثناء تسلُّمه مبلغ الرشوة من المُشتكي.
وأضافت الدائرة إنَّه، وفي عمليَّةٍ مُنفصلةٍ، تمكَّن الفريق، بعد انتقاله إلى دائرة صحَّة الديوانيَّة قسم الصيدلة والمُستلزمات الطبيَّة من ضبط (11,572) شريط دواء منتهي الصلاحية تمَّ التلاعب في تاريخ انتهاء صلاحيَّتها الحقيقي المثبت على الأشرطة، إذ يشير تاريخ انتهاء النفاذ للشهر السابع لسنة 2022، لافتةً إلى أنه، عند إزالته ظهر تاريخ النفاذ الحقيقي المطبوع على أصل الغلاف، تبيَّن أنه يُشيرُ إلى الشهر السابع لسنة 2020.
وتمَّ تنظيم محضري ضبط أصوليين في العمليَّتين، وعرضهما رفقة المُتَّهم في العمليَّة الأولى، على قاضي محكمة تحقيق الديوانيَّة المُختصَّة بالنظر في قضايا النزاهة؛ لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونيَّة المناسبة.
