وأضاف البيان أن “اثنين منهم كانا يعملان فيما يسمى (الحسبة) والبقية كانوا يعملون بصفة مقاتل فيما يسمى (ديوان الجند والمعسكرات العامة) بينهم الداعشي (م.ط.م.ع) الذي أكد في اعترافاته أنه كان (انغماسياً) خلال فترة سيطرة داعش على مدينة الموصل”، وأشار البيان، إلى أنه “تم القبض عليهم في مناطق وأحياء (النور والزهراء وتسعين) في الجانب الأيسر لمدينة الموصل”.
