أصـدرت محكمـة جنايـات واسـط، اليوم الثلاثاء حكمـا بالسجن المؤبد بحق تاجر مخدرات يحمل الجنسية الأجنبية وذلك عن جريمة الاتجار بالمواد المخدرة.
وذكر المركز الإعلامي لمجلس القضاء الأعلى في بيان ، إنه “القـي القـبض عليه وبحوزته كـــيس نــايلون يحتوي علـى مـادة بيضـاء بلوريـة الشـكـل بـوزن (118،300 غـم) مائة وثمانية عشر غرام وثلاثمائة مليغرام مـن مـادة المثيـل أمفيتـامين المخـدرة بقصـد الاتجـار بـهـا.”
وأضاف أن “الحكم صدر وفقاً لأحكام المادة 27/أولا من قانون المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية رقم 50 لسنة 2017 وبدلالة مواد الاشتراك 47، 48، 49 من قانون العقوبات”.
