هيأة المنافذ الحدودية تعلن عن إحصائية المخالفات التي تم ضبطها في المنافذ الحدودية في شهر آذار 2021

أعلنت هيأة المنافذ الحدودية/ قسم البحث والتحري إحصائية ماتم ضبطه من مخالفات في عموم المنافذ الحدودية والتي بلغت (117) مخالفة لشهر آذار لعام 2021.
وبينت الهيأة خلال احصائيتها أن ما تم ضبطه من مخالفات اندرج تحت عناوين مختلفة، إذ تم إحالة (78) مخالفة إلى الجهات القضائية المختصة بعناوين (تغير وصف البضاعة، تهريب عجلات، تزوير، فرق بالرسوم، ومعاملات غير مكتملة الإجراءات القانونية وغيرها… )، كما كانت هنالك محاضر مشتركة مع الدوائر العاملة في المنافذ الحدودية والتي بلغت (11) محضرا مشتركاً (اتلاف مواد مخالفة، إعادة إصدار بضائع )، كما تضمنت الإحصائية ضبط (22) مخالفة تخص إجازات الاستيراد والتي تم كشفها من قبل مقر الهيأة عند تدقيق البيانات وتقاطع المعلومات، كما تم إلقاء القبض على (3) مطلوبين للقضاء وكذلك إحباط (3) محاولات لتهريب المخدرات والقبض على حائزيها.
أن مجمل ما تم عرضه من مخالفات قد اتخذت بحقها الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة وفق محاضر اصولية.
إذ تؤكد الهيأة مضيها لتحقيق استراتيجيتها في محاربة الفساد والمفسدين، مؤكدين على أهمية تظافر الجهود والتعاون والتنسيق مع الدوائر العاملة، لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة في تعظيم الإيرادات الحكومية ودعم الاقتصاد الوطني.
