وعليه فهي امام خيارين لا ثالث لهما،
الخيار الاول :
التخطيط لسياسة نفطية متكاملة تقترن بآلية عمل جديدة لشركة التسويق النفطي، تسهم بتحقيق انتعاش اقتصادي ونتعهد بتحقيق زيادة في الايرادات النفطية تقدر بملياري دولار سنويا بغض النظر عن سعر النفط الخام ، ناهيك عن تغيير سياسة عمل شركات النفط الاخرى لتحقيق نفس المبلغ اعلاه سنويا
اي بما يكفي لبناء اكثر من 4000 مدرسة سنويا !!
علما بان سعر النفط للعام القادم سيكون مؤشرا ايجابيا وفرصة تاريخية مع منهج عمل الخيار الاول اعلاه لدعم الحكومة القادمة في تسديد ديونها .
الخيار الثاني:
الابقاء على ذات السياسة النفطية الحالية والمعتمدة منذ ٢٠٠٣ وما رافقها من فشل اقتصادي وفساد مالي ستؤدي بنهاية المطاف لسقوط مبكر للحكومة القادمة، ويستمر الشعب محتجزاً بدوامة المعاناة لأعوام أخرى (لا سمح الله).
وختم عبد الجبار تصريحه الذي تابعته ( شبكة أنباء العراق ) بتوجيه نصيحة للكتلة السياسية التي ستكلف بتشكيل الحكومة بان تكون حكومة مهنية بامتياز بعيدة عن المحاصصة الحزبية
وفقا لبرامج عمل فعلية وليس شكلية ، لخطورة المرحلة القادمة وتحديات انقاذ الشعب العراقي بعد معاناة ثمانية عشر سنة خلت
وغير ذلك فستكون مهمة حكومة المحاصصة عسيرة جدا ..
