أعلنت هيئة النزاهة الاتحاديَّة تنفيذها (6) عمليات ضبطٍ لحالات تلاعبٍ وحكٍّ وشطبٍ وتحريفٍ ومخالفاتٍ في صرف قرابة نصف مليار دينار في مُديريَّة بلديَّات بابل.

وأردف المكتب إنَّ مدير بلديَّات بابل ولجنة التقدير فيها قاما بعرقلة معاملة أحد المُراجعين الخاصَّة بمُساطحةٍ على قطعة أرضٍ تابعةٍ لبلديَّة المسيَّب منذُ العام 2017؛ على الرغم من استحصال مُوافقات الدوائر ذات العلاقة وقيامهم بإعادة تقدير العقار ثلاث مرَّاتٍ، ومضاعفة السعر في كلٍّ منها، أمَّا مدير بلديَّة الحلَّة ومسؤول الأملاك فقد امتنعا، دون سندٍ قانونيٍّ عن المُوافقة على إتمام إجراءات تسجيل قطعة أرضٍ مُخصَّصةٍ لشريحة شهداء الحشد الشعبيّ.
وتابع إنَّه تمَّ ضبط مُوظَّفٍ في بلديَّة الحلَّة؛ لقيامه بارتكاب مُخالفاتٍ في تسجيل قطعة أرضٍ، مُبيّـناً قيام أحد المسَّاحين في البلديَّة بتقديم كشفٍ بيَّن فيه أنَّ القطعة سكنيَّـة في حين أنَّها تجاريَّـة، إضافةً إلى عدم صحَّة الاستحقاق وتقديرها بسعرٍ يقلُّ كثيراً عن السعر الحقيقيّ الذي يصل إلى 800 مليون دينار، لافتاً إلى رصد مُخالفاتٍ ماليَّةٍ في شعبة الأملاك في الدائرة تمثَّـلت بتخصيص قطعة أرضٍ تجاريَّةٍ أخرى، وتمزيق صفحة سجل الأساس المُسجَّلة بها في مُديريَّة التسجيل العقاريّ في المُحافظة.
