قال الخبير القانوني طارق حرب، إن المعترضين على نتائج الانتخابات لا يتجاوزون 2 بالمئة من المشهد السياسي، مؤكداً أنه ما من سبيل قانوني حالياً لإعادة الانتخابات.
حرب قال في حوار مع الزميل أحمد الطيب إن “الانتخابات لن تعاد إلا بصدور قرار من مجلس النواب الجديد بعد التئامه، بأن يحل المجلس الجديد نفسه ويجري انتخابات مبكرة، وهذا خيار مستبعد لأن البرلمان المقبل لن يُقدِم على خطوة من هذا النوع بناءً على اعتراض بضع أشخاص لا يمثلون أكثر من 2 بالمئة من المشهد السياسي”.
وشكك حرب بأرقام يُعلنها الإطار التنسيقي الشيعي، والتي تتحدث عن بلوغه 90 مقعداً، متسائلاً “مَن هم هؤلاء، وما أسماؤهم؟” ورجح أن “تتمكن الكتلة الصدرية من تشكيل أغلبية وطنية تشمل أعلى الفائزين من مكونات الكرد والشيعة والسنة”.
وكان قيادي في حركة “عصائب أهل الحق” بزعامة قيس الخزعلي، قد رفض استبعاد خيار إعادة الانتخابات كأحد مقترحات الحل بعد اعتراض قوى سياسية على نتائج الانتخابات.
وقال عضو المكتب السياسي لحركة “عصائب أهل الحق”، سعد السعدي في حوار مع الزميل ليث الجزائري تابعه “ناس” إن “إعادة الانتخابات من أكبر المظاهر الديمقراطية، ومن عوامل زرع الثقة بين الشعب والسلطات”.
