أعلن وزير الإعمار والاسكان والبلديات بنكين ريكاني، اليوم الاثنين، عن فتح العطاءات الخاصة بـ5 مدن سكنية جديدة في خمس محافظات، فيما اشار الى ان هذه المدن ستتضمن وحدات لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
وقال ريكاني، أنه “تم فتح العطاءات الخاصة بـ5 مدن سكنية جديدة في خمس محافظات وهي ( بغداد ، كربلاء المقدسة ، الأنبار ، نينوى ، بابل )”.
ولفت إلى ان “الهيئة الوطنية للاستثمار والوزارة والمحافظات المعنية شكلت لجان تحليل لدراسة العطاءات خلال الفترة القادمة، وستقدم التوصيات والاحالة للعطاء الأفضل”.
وذكر، أن “هناك مشاريع مستقبلية واعدة لتخفيف أزمة السكن في العراق”، لافتا إلى أن “هذه المدن السكنية تتضمن أنشطة أخرى لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ووحدات خاصة لهم، وهي تنفذ لأول مرة في العراق منذ ثمانينيات القرن الماضي”.
