اوضحت نقابة المعلمين، اليوم الأربعاء، العقوبات الواردة بقانون حماية المعلم، بينما حددت عقوبة المعتدي على الملاكات التدريسية وفقا للقانون.
وقال نقيب المعلمين عباس كاظم السوداني ، إن “قانون حماية المعلم رقم 8 لسنة 2018 أقر داخل مجلس النواب وصادق عليه رئيس الجمهورية ودخل حيز التنفيذ وأصبح ملزما للعمل به”، لافتا إلى أن “القانون يضم بفقراته جملة من العقوبات تصل إلى معاقبة الطلبة الذين يعتدون على الملاكات التربوية والتدريسية، وعقوباتها الحبس من سنة إلى 3 سنوات، وغرامة مالية من مليوني دينار إلى 10 ملايين دينار أو بهاتين العقوبتين”.
وأضاف السوداني، أن “فقرات القانون تعاقب أيضا بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن أربع سنوات وبغرامة لا تقل 5 ملايين دينار ولا تزيد عن 10 ملايين دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين بحق كل من يعتدي أو يتوعد بمطالب عشائرية”.
واوضح، أن “هناك بعض الملاكات التي تتعرض للاعتداءات تلجأ إلى الحل العشائري وتترك القانون”، مؤكدا أن “اللجوء إلى الحل العشائري للاعتداءات على الملاكات التربوية أمر يخالف القانون ويخالف قانون حماية المعلم رقم 8 لسنة 2018”.
وتشهد الفترة الاخيرة حالات اعتداء عديدة على الكوادر التدريسية، واخرها كان الاعتداء على مديرة احدى المدارس في البصرة.
وفي وقت سابق، استنكرت وزارة التربية، واقعة “اعتداء” ضد مديرة مدرسة في محافظة البصرة، فيما وجه الوزير بحماية الملاكات التعليمية والتدرسية من قبل القضاء والسلطات الأمنية.
وقالت الوزارة، في بيان إن “وزارة التربية تستنكر الاعتداء على مديرة احدى مدارس البصرة، وتشدد على عدم التهاون في ملف الاعتداء على الملاكات التعليمية والتدريسية”.
وقال وزير التربية علي الدليمي وفقا للبيان، إن “الوزارة تستنكر حادثة الاعتداء على مديرة مدرسة نور الإسلام الابتدائية للبنات التابعة لتربية محافظة البصرة من قبل ولي أمر إحدى التلميذات مما يعد خرقا للمبادئ والقيم التربوية”.
ودعا الدليمي، “جميع اولياء أمور الطلبة الى الإبتعاد عن هذه التصرفات الدخيلة على المجتمع العراقي والدعوة إلى التعجيل في تطبيق قانون حماية المعلم والمدرس”.
وبحسب البيان، فإن “أحد أولياء أمور الطلبة اعتدى على مديرة مدرسة نور الاسلام للبنات في محافظة البصرة أثناء الدوام الرسمي للمدرسة”.
