أوضحت مديرية المرور العامة، آلية فرض الغرامات على العجلات الحكومية المخالفة.
وقال مدير الشؤون القانونية في المديرية محمد عبد الكريم، إن “جميع العجلات الحكومية والأهلية سواسية في فرض الغرامات”.
وأضاف عبد الكريم، أن “الفرق القانوني الوحيد هو أن العجلة الحكومية لا يتضاعف مبلغ الغرامة المفروضة عليها، بينما يتضاعف رسم العجلة الأهلية بعد شهر”. وأشار، إلى أن “النظام نفسه يطبق فرض الغرامة على كل العجلات، ومبلغ الغرامة هو نفسه، وكذلك إجراء الحجز”.
