من خلال استهداف معامل الاسفلت المؤكسد من قبل وزارة النفط وبشكل مستمر برفع اسعار النفط الاسود من 100 دينار الى 150 دينار الى 200 دينار الى 250 دينار الى 350 دينار وهو اخر ما اصدرته وزارة النفط في هذين اليوم لتفاجيء به اصحاب المعامل والمستفيدين من انتاجهم بكتابنا المرقم 925 في 2022/3/31 بزيادة السعر الى 350 دينار للتر الواحد من النفط الاسود لمعامل الاسفلت المؤكسد حصراً ولتوضيح بأن هذه الزيادة بأسعار النفط الاسود ستؤثر بشكل مباشر على المستفيدين من انتاج هذه المعامل بارتفاع الاسعار عن لايقل%70 وكما موضح:
