تمكنت القوات الامنية، اليوم الاربعاء، من القبض على 4 متهمين بقضايا “القتل العمد والسرقة” شرقي العاصمة بغداد.
وذكرت قيادة الشرطة الاتحادية في بيان ، “ضمن الجهود الأمنية المستمرة في تنفيذ مذكرات القبض الصادرة من المحاكم المختصة وتلقي القبض على الجناة وتسليمهم للقضاء لينالوا جزاءهم العادل، تمكنت قوة من اللواء الثاني الفرقة الأولى بالاشتراك مع مفرزة من مركز شرطة الخنساء ومفرزة من مكافحة اجرام المدائن من إلقاء القبض على ثلاثة مطلوبين وفق أحكام المادة 406 قتل عمد في منطقة الكمالية شرقي بغداد”.
وأضاف البيان، أن “عملية إلقاء القبض تمت بعد عملية تتبع وتحري لمكان تواجد المتهمين وإلقاء القبض عليهِم”.
وتابع البيان، “ألقت قوة من الفوج الثالث اللواء ذاته بالاشتراك مع مفارز استخبارات الفوج الثالث ومفرزة من مكافحة اجرام بغداد الجديدة،القبض على احد المطلوبين وفق المادة 446 سرقة في منطقة الأمين شرق بغداد”.
وأشار إلى “إحالتهم اصولياً الى الجهات المختصة لإكمال الإجراءات القانونية والتحقيقية اللازمة بحقهم”.
