مقرب من المالكي: الطرف الثالث خلف قصف الخضراء

اتهمت لجنة الأمن والدفاع في البرلمان العراقي، اليوم الأربعاء، ما اسمته بالطرف الثالث بالوقوف خلف عمليات القصف الصاروخي، التي استهدفت المنطقة الخضراء ومحيطها ليلة أمس، وأوقعت ضحايا وجرحى.

وقال عضو اللجنة كاطع الركابي:” إن الطرف الثالث يريد تأزيم الوضع بين بعض الجهات والحكومة الأمريكية وكذلك مع الحكومة العراقية، التي هي في حرج كبير من عمليات القصف الصاروخي”.

ومصطلح “الطرف الثالث”، برز في الاحتجاجات العراقية الأخيرة، حيث استخدم لتسمية الجهات التي استهدفت المحتجين.

وبين الركابي وهو نائب عن دولة القانون ومقرب من زعيمه نوري المالكي، “حتى الجهات التي يمكن أن يؤشر عليها علامات بتنفيذ تلك العمليات تنفي وقوفها خلف القصف الصاروخي، في إشارة إلى فصائل شيعية.

وبشأن تشكيل لجنة تحقيق بشأن عمليات قصف منذ اشهر، قال ان “اي قضية تشكل لها لجنة يعني تذويبها وعدم كشف الحقائق، فأي لجنة شكلت لم تعلن نتائجها طيلة السنوات السابقة، رغم تشكل مئات اللجان، ولهذا لا نعتقد انه سيكون هناك نتائج ملموسة من هذه اللجنة او من اي لجنة اخرى”.

وذكر بيان الخلية أن القصف تم عبر سبعة صواريخ، اربعة منها سقطت في المنطقة الخضراء، والصواريخ الثلاثة سقطت خارجها.

وبين أن القصف تسبب “باستشهاد طفلة وإصابة ٥ أشخاص. جميعهم مِن المدنيين”.

وهجوم الأمس الأول هجوم من نوعه خلال نحو خمسة أسابيع، بعدما توقفت الهجمات إثر إعلان جماعة تطلق على نفسها اسم “المقاومة العراقية” في العاشر من الشهر الماضي، إيقاف عملياتها ضد القوات والمصالح الأجنبية وخاصة الأمريكية في العراق لاتاحة الفرصة أمامها للانسحاب من البلاد.

و”المقاومة العراقية” جهة غير معروفة، ويعتقد أنها تضم فصائل شيعية مسلحة مقربة من إيران بينها “كتائب حزب الله العراقي” و”عصائب أهل الحق” و”حركة النجباء”.

وجاء إعلان وقف الهجمات، بعدما هددت واشنطن بإغلاق سفارتها في العاصمة العراقية بغداد، وفق ما أفادت وسائل إعلام أمريكية.

ومنذ أشهر تتعرض المنطقة الخضراء (تضم مقرات حكومية وبعثات سفارات أجنبية) في بغداد، إلى جانب قواعد عسكرية تستضيف قوات التحالف الدولي، وأرتال تنقل معدات لوجستية، لقصف صاروخي، وهجمات بعبوات ناسفة من قبل جهات لا تزال مجهولة.

وتتهم واشنطن، الفصائل العراقية المقربة من إيران وعلى رأسها “كتائب حزب الله” بالوقوف وراء الهجمات.
